SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
1. KAIYA Nutrition offers Subscribe + Save on a variety of best selling products to help you stay consistent with your supplement routine! Subscribe + Save products include a 10% discount and require an initial order plus a minimum of 2 recurring orders, delivered at your preferred frequency. Simply select Subscribe + Save on the product page, choose your preferred delivery frequency every 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months and add it to your cart. We'll auto-ship your chosen products to you at the selected frequency and your payment method on file will be charged automatically. By selecting Subscribe + Save products, you agree to a minimum of 3 billing cycles. You can cancel any time after your third order.
2. You can easily modify or cancel your subscription by logging into your online account, navigating to the "Active Subscriptions" section, and selecting the product you wish to modify. Here you can update your shipping address, billing details and skip or reschedule your next order to a future date. You can swap your subscription product for another available flavor variant of your choice. If a subscription product happens to be out of stock during your auto renewal date, you have the option to swap for another available flavor variant to ensure you stay on track with your routine.
3. KAIYA Nutrition subscriptions may only be cancelled after 3 billing cycles. Please note, we cannot cancel auto-renewal orders after they have been processed. You will receive an email notification 3 days to your scheduled auto-renewal date to modify your subscriptions and make any necessary changes before your order is processed. BY CHOOSING A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SUCH SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE HAS AN INITIAL AND RECURRING PAYMENT FEATURE, AND YOU ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RECURRING CHARGES PRIOR TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF CANCELLATION OF SUCH SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE.
WE MAY SUBMIT PERIODIC CHARGES (E.G., MONTHLY) WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU, UNTIL YOU PROVIDE PRIOR NOTICE (RECEIPT OF WHICH IS CONFIRMED BY US) THAT YOU HAVE TERMINATED THIS AUTHORIZATION OR WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. SUCH NOTICE WILL NOT AFFECT CHARGES SUBMITTED BEFORE WE REASONABLY COULD ACT. TERMINATION ACCEPTED ONLY AFTER 3 BILLING CYCLES.
